SAV Pollinator Gardens

April 26: Gardening for Birds – $5 Registration

Take your love of birds to the next level. Learn how to create habitat that will attract birds year-round and enjoy bird-watching from the comfort of your own backyard.

Many North American bird species are in decline due to habitat loss and other global threats. You can help! Create a nature-focused garden and establish patches of habitat that provide life-saving resources for birds throughout the year. When you garden with birds in mind, your property will become part of a larger conservation initiative to help address the loss of biodiversity.  Wednesday, April 26,  7 to 8:30 p.m.  City Council Chambers, 3301 Silver Lake Road.  Cost is just $5 which will be donated to the St. Anthony Middle School Garden Club.  There will also be an opportunity for you to purchase a No Mow May yard sign on that evening or if you wish you may preorder a sign here. This is a fundraiser for the SAMS Garden Club.
